Freedom Hope Center, Amani Dorm Expansion

Currently, our Freedom Hope Center located at the Amani Children’s home houses approximately 120 children ages 3 to 18. Our dorms are almost at capacity and we’re in need of new dorm space to house teenagers ages 12 to 18. This project will double the space of our current dorms by adding a second floor to both the girls and boy dorm buildings. This will allow us to not only house future boarder students, but more importantly, rescue, care for and house more children that are victims of abuse, neglect or have been orphaned/abandoned.

Project Cost: $58,500

Impact: Hundreds of future rescue children and students.

Benefits

  • Double our dorm capacity
  • New, separate dorms for older children and youth
  • Higher capacity to rescue, care for and house more children that are victims of abuse, neglect or orphaned
