The Amani Foundation teamed up with Kenyan nurses and doctors as well as a medical team from Freedom Church in Maryland to host two free medical camps. Guests received medical services like wound care, cancer screenings, women's health screenings, optometry services, wellness checks and medications. All free. 

The Amani Foundation funded all of the prescription medications for both camps and funded the daily wage and transportation for our Kenyan medical staff. Both medical camps were hosted at two of our field partner locations; The Amani Children’s Home and The Shujja Community Center. Combined, these camps served roughly 2,000 people with life saving medical services.
